Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Bright Leads website or engaging our digital advertising services. By accessing our website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bright Leads (Bright Data, LLC) provides digital advertising strategy, campaign management, landing page development, and related consulting services. All services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), lead volume, or ad placements.
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and policies, competition, creative quality, offer strength, budget, industry conditions, and market changes. You acknowledge that past results do not guarantee future performance. All campaigns are subject to approval by the respective advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, etc.).
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary access (ad accounts, analytics, CRM, etc.). You retain ownership of your ad accounts and creative assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement. Payment terms are net 15 unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
We retain all rights to our methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary processes. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for your campaigns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
